I studied Psychology at Oklahoma State University (2017) and completed my Master’s degree at the University of Oklahoma for Clincial Professional Counseling with a special emphasis in alcohol and drug counseling (2020). I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities that target co-occurring mental health and addiction needs.

I aim to provide an empowering space for individuals of all backgrounds, beliefs, identities, and relationship dynamics. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and kink-aware. I want everyone who steps into the therapy space to feel safe and heard. I believe that everyone deserves to find balance amid the chaos of living. I will meet you where you are and support your growth by encouraging you and challenging you to let go of old habits that no longer serve you.
